Richard B. Berman
Biography
Rick Berman is the Executive Director of both the Employment Policies Institute and the Center for Union Facts. Mr. Berman often appears on nationally syndicated cable news shows. He is also the founder and president of Berman and Company, a public affairs firm based in Washington, DC, specializing in “strategic research, communications and creative advertising,” according to its website. Mr. Berman is a native of New York City and a graduate of Transylvania College in Lexington, Kentucky. He received his Juris Doctorate from the law school at the College of William and Mary.
