Biography
Babson University Marketing Professor Ross Petty, who gave a joint presentation with Babson Professor Kathleen Seiders at the Public Health Advocacy Institute's inaugural meeting on "Legal Approaches to the Obesity Epidemic," demanded that fast food restaurants slap warning labels on their products, or face potential lawsuits. He also advocated food marketing restrictions, and even taxes on retailers whose messages might reach children.
